Toilets Only - Service Guidelines & Business Strategy Scope of Work Toilets Only specializes in the installation of new replacement toilets and bidet toilet seats for residential and commercial properties. Our services are limited to installations using products from our own warehouse stock. We generally do not install customer-purchased toilets for two key reasons: Revenue & Quality Assurance – We generate revenue through the sale of our own stocked toilets. Warranty Limitations – We cannot provide a warranty on toilets that were not purchased directly from us. In special cases, we may install a customer-supplied toilet; however, this will be subject to a higher service rate. To be clear, our focus is on new toilet installations only. We do not repair or replace internal components of existing toilets. Any necessary plumbing work is subcontracted to our parent company. Business Expansion Strategy Value-Added Services & Lead Generation Once a Toilets Only Certified Technician is on-site, they will conduct an exterior and interior review of the property. During the process, we engage with the customer about any other home improvement projects they may be considering (e.g., new windows, bathroom remodels, kitchen upgrades). If they have electrical or plumbing needs beyond the toilet installation, we capture these opportunities as potential leads. Lead Monetization We generate revenue through lead referrals by: Charging a referral fee to subcontractor partners. Tracking leads and negotiating a percentage of the final deal. Handling referrals on a case-by-case basis or through formal partnership agreements. By integrating this strategy, Toilets Only enhances its revenue stream while providing customers with additional home improvement solutions through our trusted network of professionals.
